As you explore Instagram Insights, you’ll come across a lot of different terms, graphs, and numbers that indicate important metrics. So, it’s time to define what each of them means and how you can extract valuable insights!
To access Instagram Insights, navigate to your profile page and tap on the top where Profile Views is available . Similarly, you can tap on the menu button on the top right corner, and find ‘Insights’ as the first option. Instagram Insights is divided into the following three tabs, containing different information like:
Activity;
Content;
Public .
1. Activity
In the Activity tab, you’ll find two sets of Instagram insights buy bitcoin email list : Interactions and Discovery . Let’s dive deeper into each subsection and find out what each statistic means!
Interactions
In this subsection, you can see the total number of actions taken on your account in the past week , followed by a list of other metrics. Here’s what these Instagram insights mean:

Website clicks : the number of users who clicked on the website link in your bio;
Email: The number of times users clicked on the email in your profile;
Call: The number of times users tapped Call on your profile.
Using the graph, you can see which day of the week has the most interactions, as well as a comparison of interactions from the previous week. It should be noted that this section of Instagram Insights is limited to the last 7 days.
Discovery
The next subsection displays the overall performance and influence of your Instagram account, using two main metrics: Reach and Impressions .

Impressions : The total number of times all your posts were seen.

This weekly information is very valuable because you can compare your reach depending on certain campaigns or social activities. Therefore, tracking these metrics is important to know if your efforts to promote your account are successful.
Therefore, the Activity tab in Instagram Insights reveals the influence of your Page , as well as details of how people have interacted with it. However, it should be noted that this section of Instagram Insights is also limited to the last 7 days.
2. Content
In the Content tab, it’s divided into Feed, Stories, and Promotions , and you’ll find Instagram insights related to individual posts on your profile. This includes photo content, video content, Stories, and even any paid promotional posts you may have published.
