The Online Professional Certificate in Telecare Call Management allows you to obtain a qualification for access to the job market in the sociocultural and community services sector. The training qualifies you to: receive, issue and manage calls to provide the telecare service, responding to the needs and demands of users and mobilizing the necessary resources in each case.

THEORETICAL TRAINING DURATION: 230 hrs.

Admission requirements:
Secondary Education Graduate Title
Possession of a professional certificate of the same module level and/or the professional certificate you wish to access.
Possession of a level 1 professional certificate from the same professional family and area for level 2.
Meet the academic requirement for malta phone data access to intermediate level vocational training courses for level 2, or have passed the corresponding access tests regulated by the educational authorities.
Having passed the university entrance exam for people over 25 years of age and/or 45 years of age.
Have sufficient training or professional knowledge to successfully complete the training.
What does this course teach?:
The objective of this online course is to learn how to receive, make and manage calls to provide telecare services, using telematic tools, telephone assistance techniques and psychosocial and teamwork skills. In addition, you will learn how to respond to the needs and demands of users and mobilize the necessary resources to guarantee the quality of the service, personalized treatment and confidentiality of information at all times.

MODULE 1 (MF1423_2): Attention and management of incoming calls in a telecare service.
MODULE 2 (MF1424_2): Issuing and managing outgoing calls in a telecare service.
MODULE 3 (MF1425_2): Management of tools, techniques and skills for the provision of a telecare service.
MODULE 4 (MP0416): Non-work professional practice module.
