In the professional activity of all people, a compendium of aptitudes and attitudes is always generated . The former include all the theoretical and practical knowledge related to the development of a certain work activity. Without these, a person will hardly be able to carry out the functions of a job.

But just as important as professional skills are attitudes, which encompass all those human characteristics that enhance a person's activity throughout their career. This series of skills is generally not taught in any educational center and has to do with a person's relationship with themselves and with others.

A person without the right attitude for a job may be able to carry out his or her job duties, but will do so in a mediocre, careless or sometimes even poorly performed manner.

It is usually the personal or workplace circumstances of each person that determine their professional attitudes, and it is mainly other people, such as parents, teachers, bosses or greece phone data managers, who enhance or inhibit these attitudes. But fortunately, just as a person can acquire generic or specific knowledge throughout their professional career, they can also work on their attitudes permanently. The most common way to do this is through coaching.

Coaching as a personal strategy
We can define coaching as a strategy, path or process that allows a person to discover and develop their attitudes, mainly at a professional level.

Coaching can be considered a parallel system to psychological support in terms of the goals to be achieved, but unlike the work of a therapist or psychologist who starts with an evaluation, establishes a diagnosis and a job to be done to achieve certain objectives, the coach does not take on the role of leader in the relationship with the person who wants to develop their attitudes, but rather that of a companion who guides through constant dialogue and a path that the guided person must initiate and complete.

Coaching processes at a professional level can contemplate different objectives depending on the person, and they can even set multiple goals that they must achieve consecutively. The powerful thing about this formula is that it is the person themselves who searches within themselves, with the help of the guide, for what can move them to achieve what they have set out to do and even how to achieve it.

Thus, through a coaching process, a person can improve their motivation, which is a key aspect in their professional development, but also other attitudes such as teamwork or empathy, very useful skills in certain professions where a constant relationship with other people is necessary, such as in education or sales.
