Why use a blog to launch a new business

Post by Abdur12 »

Blogs are an amazing platform to launch new businesses. In this post I provide some arguments for those who are still not so sure about it.

Those who follow this blog a bit know that I usually use it as a main platform to launch new projects. I even have a kind of pattern or method that I usually use in a practically identical way on these occasions.

I'm not the only one who sees the use of this channel. There are several reasons why a blog can be useful when launching a new business.

3 They can give ideas and feedback in early stages
They influence the purchasing decision
According to an IAB study on e-commerce , 49% of users trust japan phone number example blogs when making a purchase decision. They are the source with the greatest potential to influence when choosing one product or another. Surprisingly, celebrities only have a weight of 3%, even behind offline advertising (11%) and mailings ( 24%).

They bring traffic and potential customers
Look at the sides and the header of this blog. I am currently following the launch of the start-up Vikinguard . You may have already noticed without necessarily clicking on the banner. The display is not only intended to generate traffic (although it also does) to a landing page but above all to generate trust. Maybe when you see their logo somewhere else you can relate it to something even if you don't remember very well where you saw it. According to my theory of touchpoints you need several positive impacts to leave a mark .

They can give ideas and feedback in early stages
Whenever I publish posts like this, I always like to receive some kind of feedback. To make sure I receive a relevant number of responses, I send them to my database . If you don't yet have a subscriber list with many subscribers and/or your blog still has little traffic, you can run a small Facebook Ads campaign by investing around 5-10 euros to get feedback .

Older readers may remember this post I wrote more than 2 years ago on the subject. Many projects have passed through my hands since then. Quondos was barely a couple of months old.

There was no Ironblogger , no Rankingbull (I am no longer a partner in the project), no Maratoniano (pending re-launching with a new brand), no Zenguerrilla (my new blog), no Amazon project , no Beguerrilla, no Launchbox , etc. There have been many lessons learned since then, so it is worth revisiting this topic.
