For top management, a positive financial outcome of cooperation is most important. For mid-level personnel, it is the comfort of routine operations and interaction, for blue-collar workers, it is the convenience of working with equipment.

PHYSICAL EVIDENCE - Physical proof
At the top of the pyramid is the physical environment and atmosphere that surrounds the process of providing the service, its comfort for participants and compliance with the declared quality.
Note that this perception of the pyramid is our own point of view on the final element of the Bitner pyramid. In our opinion, managing the information environment is one of the most difficult tasks, but the return on its solution is worth the effort. The physical environment is, first of all, the visible level of service, style and quality of work. Let us recall again the Halton company, which uses webinars as part of its marketing strategy. The material component of this activity is marketing materials, equipment, "handouts": they create the very physical environment through which clients and partners perceive the company itself.
The 7P model, which was originally aimed at the service sector, is well suited to the modern industrial b2b market, since service plays a particularly strong role in it.
If the product is easy to replicate, then it is more a deep dive into the demographics of the u.s. chinese population to copy the promotion strategy. Such components as motivation, personnel training, corporate culture have a high share of uniqueness. Therefore, a company counting on success should use as many components of the 7P formula as possible.
If we analyze the history of the development of Western marketing, then the development went along this path:
product competition;
dumping or, in other words, struggle through prices;
promotion strategy;
improving the level of service.
Thus, the tools of marketing wars can be used to judge the stage of development of the market itself: the higher the levels of the pyramid that participate in the struggle, the more developed the market is.
What conclusions did we come to
