Preparing for MFA: Automatic activation begins in Spring '23
Automatic activation will only be done for direct logins. Users accessing through SSO (Single Sign-On) will need to satisfy this requirement using their SSO provider's MFA service. Limit the number of inactive picklist values (Version Update)
This update means that the Remove upper limit of inactive picklist values option will be removed, leaving the maximum number at 4,000. The update will be enforced in Summer '23.
Manage Picklist Values in Bulk (Generally Available)
Allows you to remove, activate, deactivate or replace multiple field values in custom picklists. Next to each value in the picklist is a checkbox, you can select multiple values and use one of the new buttons: Remove Selected, Deactivate Selected, Replace Selected or Activate Selected.
Lightning App Builder
Add save options for accounts, cases, and leads with Dynamic Forms
The save option will appear in the footer of the create, edit, or duplicate dialog box. This option was only available in page layouts.
View more records in dynamic related lists
Dynamic related lists now include a View All link, just like other related lists, so you can see a full list of related records. Previously, users could only see a maximum of 30 records on the record detail page.
Enhance Case and Lead Registration Pages with Dynamic Forms
Previously, Dynamic Forms were only available for Account, Person Account, Contact, and Opportunity record pages. Now you can use them in the setup of Case and Lead record pages as well.
Permissions
Choose to display permission sets when setting up field-level security (Beta)
When setting or changing field-level security, you can select by permission sets with object permissions or by all permission sets.
Enforce and automate bulk access with user access policies (Beta)
User access policies allow you to use declarative criteria to grant or remove user access to managed package licenses, permission set licenses, queues, groups, and so on. You can use either user rights or attributes to migrate access. Additionally, with access policies, you can define actions that automatically trigger changes to user rights as they are created or updated.

From now on, when you create a report you can set up a filter that customizes the results for each user. When you set up the filter on a user field, you must select the relative value option.
