Social media offer opportunities and possibilities, both on a personal and business level. Initiatives and actions are successful thanks to the creative and strategic use of social networks. But there are not only plus points. We are increasingly using social media, which has led to a new 'concept': social media fatigue.
Fatigue is setting in

No Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest or other platforms for a moment, because the amount of information is becoming increasingly difficult to process. That is a major cause of social media fatigue: the enormous amount of information we have to endure every day. The infographic shows, among other things, that we send more than 1 billion tweets within 48 hours. So it is not surprising that this fatigue strikes.
Less alert
Not only fatigue is a problem. networks bring makes us social media users less alert. For example, one in five American users says they regret a tweet or comment they posted. 13 percent are worried because they have offended (many) people online.
