Post by mstajminakter16 »

Have you ever encountered #communication issues in your #team ? If so, you are not alone. At Mental Test Lab's #Growth team , we also faced this challenge. Today I want to share my experience and how we managed to improve our internal communication, resulting in a more cohesive and efficient team.

The importance of communication in the team
Communication is the backbone of any successful team. Without effective communication, misunderstandings and lack of coordination can become insurmountable obstacles. In our team, we realized that there were several points of improvement in our internal communication. To address these issues, we implemented the following strategies:

1-on-1 meetings with all team members

Daily 15-minute meetings

Incorporation of the accountability chart

These tools, many of which come from the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), helped uruguay mobile phone numbers database us significantly improve our communication and coordination. Below, I tell you in more detail how we implemented them and the results we obtained.

Identifying communication problems
Every quarter I try to do a thorough review of how the team is feeling. While we think we are on top of everything on a day-to-day basis, these moments of reflection reveal much deeper things. One of the questions on the form specifically talked about communication within the team, and we all noticed several areas for improvement.

The lack of clear and effective communication was affecting our productivity and morale. We realized that we needed a significant change to improve our work dynamic. That’s when we decided to implement some tools and strategies to address these issues.

1-on-1 Meetings: Connecting on a Personal Level
The first strategy we implemented was 1-on-1 meetings with all team members. These meetings allowed us to connect on a more personal level and better understand individual concerns and needs. They also gave us the opportunity to receive direct and constructive feedback.
